My comissions are only digital, not physical prints. -> If you want physical prints for your art for resale please look to the “Commerical Work” section

All the artwork I make I have the rights to and to use at my discretion, i.e. posting to twitter, pixiv, DeviantArt etc. Use in any future art books or use in my portfolio. -Of course I will credit you as the commissioner- If you wish your commission to be private, there will be a privacy fee charge and I reserve the right to edit the artwork, i.e. adding a replacement character or other non-identifying alterations, to post to socials.

You can repost my art as long as proper credit is given to me “MandarzRawr” and you do not claim the art as your own.

You may use your commission however you see fit so long as you're not making any profit from it -> Please see “Commercial Work” if you plan too!

Once the art is complete I will send you a full resolution image either by email or google drive. I will send you a version with my signature and without. I only ask if posted on social media etc, that you use the version with my signature.

I reserve the right to cancel or decline your commission if I do not feel comfortable or you have become troublesome/harassing in any way. -> See “Refund” section for commissions already in progress

By Commissioning me you are automatically agreeing to my T.O.S. And will be expected to follow it.

Violators will be blacklisted either temporarily or permanently depending on severity of infraction.

If you would like your commission for Resale or Commerical Use, there will be a fee % higher than the total (Non-Commecial) Commission price. (Vtuber/Character Sheets have the Commerical price already included in the base pricing)

If you use your commission for twitch/twitter (Examples: Banner, profile picture, twitch screens, YouTube videos, etc) I just ask that you please credit me somewhere! “Mandarzrawr”

Please use the forms provided in the “Contact” Section , these will be emailed to me and I will contact you soon! If you have not heard from me within a week please feel free to shoot me an email or contact me via twitter/discord/email. In contacting me please include the word commission or something like that so I don't confuse it for spam/bots..

Payment must be followed through to what is discussed in the form, whether a full payment after the sketch / or payments made to a schedule we mutually agree on. Finished products will not be delivered till payment is complete.

All payment management will be handled by my contracted manager, so I (the artist) can focus more on the artwork.

After I receive your order and we have discussed all the details / I reach you on the waitlist, I will send you an invoice via PayPal. (I will try and warn you a month in advance when I am getting close to your slot)

References must be as clear as possible, and if not in color please describe/link a color mood board etc. Written descriptions are fine but they will be considered a character design and have an additional fee.

If you have an extremely detailed design there will be an additional fee depending on complexity of details. I will let you know before you pay if your commission will have this fee.

Once the commission is complete I will send you the full resolution images by either email or google drive as stated above

A 100% refund will be given if I have not started at all (this includes the sketch)

I will only refund you if you have a good, fully explained reason.

Not started -> 100%

Sketch-> 50%

Lineart -> 25%

Anything past lineart will not be refunded.

You can set a deadline if desired and will try my utmost to meet it. It takes me anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks (Vtuber Models have a longer completion time due to complexity) to finish a commission depending on how busy I am.

I try to complete each commission as fast as I can while keeping the quality high, so please be patient with me.

You can check trello if you would like to see your position in my commission queue. I update it daily.

If you need your art quickly you may ask for it to be rushed and made priority. This will add a rush fee to your commission depending on how fast you want/need it to be done.

I tend to work on 2-3 commissions at one time and swap between them to avoid burnout on one piece or need some time to think of inspiration. It doesn’t mean your commission is any less important than anyone else’s.

I’ll always contact you if something comes up and your commission will be delayed. If you can’t wait for whatever reason please see the “Refunds” Section.

I like to stream working on my art as much as I can, either Twitch.tv for SFW or on discord for NSFW. If you do not consent to your artwork to be streamed in any way this will be considered a private commission and add an additional fee.

I will send WIPS often, you can always ask for one, but please do not ask me for WIPs constantly.

I ‘usually’ send out WIPS if I have a question, or at the end of my work on the piece for the day or end of stream.

Rude/Disrespectful/abusive commissioners will have this commission canceled with the Refund rules above.

As much as I would love to chat with everyone, this slows down my work. It is not because I dislike anyone. It's impossible to talk to lots of people and still keep working diligently!

In the sketch phase please let me know if you want anything changed: Pose, expression, etc. Don’t be shy! I want to make this artwork you really enjoy.

Past the sketch phase slight adjustments can be made but are limited.

I will only make changes to completed artwork if it is an error on my end (I missed a detail you listed in the order form)

Like I said before, I send WIPS often so please try and tell me if anything is missing before the art is finished.

It is your responsibility as the Commissioner to ensure the order form contains all the details I need to include in the commission, or in any discussion before the commission is started.
